Wyndham Rewards - Redemptions broken?

Every time I click "Redeem" on the Wyndham Rewards website I get this error:

"Home > Redeem

Cannot Complete Redemption

We're sorry, we cannot complete your redemption. Please call Wyndham Rewards Member Services at 1.866.996.7937"

Still on hold with the Member Services line. Is this happening to anyone else?

Not getting that either at the Redeem screen, or the screen you get to when you click the Continue button (for non-hotel redemptions) at the botttom of the Redeem screen.

Of course, it's about 4 hours after your post, so maybe there was just a temporary problem?

(This WR forum is not so active that you can except a very quick response to any posted quesiton.)

The website appears to still be having issues. It's not my browser, I get the same:

"Cannot Complete Redemption

error in chrome, firefox, and IE. Any ideas?

i have the same problem....it says cannot complete redemption...any help?

I would PM the lurker. Apparently my problem was that my account was "under review." I still don't know what that means (I asked but didn't get a response). To be fair, the lurker did get it straightened out quite quickly.
