Hilton HHonors - Hilton, Hyatt, or Keio Plaza Inter-Continental
I am going to go Tokyo in November for business and considering these three hotels for my stay in Shinjuku.
I wonder if anybody has stayed at these properties and has any suggestions.
I will stay whole November.
I am AA Platinum, so I can get Hilton Gold before I go.
Any comments on experience, promotion, or deals are appreciated.
Most definitely the Park Hyatt, esp if you're not paying http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

Yes Park Hyatt if you can get it past your
boss. If you have one. OK this is a add on.
And of course a little stupid. When you do
not have anything to do check in and out
between the Park Hyatt and Century Hyatt
completing many stays. Every two stays will
earn you a free night. In addition it would
bring your average cost down so you can get
this past someone. Each Hotel may also have
a GP bonus which will give you loads of
points. You can do well in Tokyo. That
having been said the Honors manager at the
Tokyo Hilton seems to be right on cool on
taking care of us frequent travellers. I am
not set to go to the Tokyo Hilton until
early next year and received a very positive
fax from him. Good luck. Enjoy Tokyo.
I stayed at the Keio Plaza , but recommend the Hyatt due to the tea restaurant I ate in there with amazing views. Even if you decide not to stay at the Hyatt, go to this restaurant (I believe its on the top floor of the hotel)/

I'd take Park Hyatt Tokyo.
BTW, there is a very large difference between Park Hyatt Tokyo and Century Hyatt Tokyo.
Century Hyatt Tokyo is clean, comfortable and nice, however I strongly recommend you the Park Hyatt Tokyo.
Every piece of service, guestroom and food is a absolutely perfect, you won't forget it.
Just book a Park Corner Room (kingbed),
or if someone else is paying, book the Park Suite. Stunning views over the city, a wonderful spa and gym, indoor pool on 45F - 47F. Don't forget to dine at Girandole.

Stayed at the Hilton last year - very nice Hotel, connected to the Rail system, so from that standpoint, a no effort location. Found Sushi restaurant to be horrifically over priced for the quality and quantity, and was turned off by the lady of the evening who propositioned me on the seond floor while I wated for my girlfriend. To the Hotel's credit, once notified of this person, security quickly moved in to resolve it.
