Technical Support and Feedback - FlyerTalk Chat not working

I used to be able to access the FlyerTalk Chat. Now it doesn't appear to be working anymore and get a Java Servlet error where the address is not specified.

Says unknown error and to contact site administrator.

java.lang.exception Httpservlet address not specified

Was working till recently.
