Have a couple of reward flights I have booked through the Italian site...and can view the bookings but no option to change dates if I needed to?
Is this a normal thing for reward flights?

Afaik, there's no way to change a booking, online. You have to get in touch with the customer service.

You'll only be able to change a flight by calling +39 06 65644 (since you are Ulisse), or another functional call centre/Alitalia office. Alternatively you can use direct speech with AZ personnel at a ticket desk in any served airport, I've done that once before too.
