I always like visiting the Bellagio during the holidays. They always have the place decorated nicely. Recently ate at Olives there and it was incredible. Great view of the fountains and if it's not too cold, sitting out on the patio may be an option. If you're looking for a steakhouse, try Prime. Also a great view of the fountains.
