Cruises - New Years Cruise - NYC

I live in NYC and it just so happens that my wife birthday is on Dec 31. In the past i have taken her to a very nice dinner and then an Orchestra performance at NYC Philharmonic, the experience is cultural and somewhat romantic.
This time I am thinking to change things up a little and take her to a fancy yacht/cruise for dinner and some sight seeing. Don't mind being out there in waters for hours. Did some basic Google search and didn't find anything special, mostly parties etc. Does anyone here know any high-end cruise that might give us a comprehensive experience: nice meal, music performance, and fireworks at the end, etc. ?

I have had dinner on World Yacht on NYE. I would recommend. It's $300+ per person (all in) and it sells out quickly. Go to their website at WorldYacht.com.

I've been on World Yacht and on the Bateaux ship, http://www.bateauxnewyork.com/ and both were nice.

Bateaux is $399 plus tax and fees and tip and all that (starting at $399) with a discount available if booked by November 20. Information is here

Spirit is another line, they offer a buffet instead of a sit down dinner for their cruises. They are priced starting at $239 plus fees. I think they are the same company as Bateaux, but not 100% sure on that one. Information about them is here

There are also quite a few smaller ships offering appetizers and open bar, but no formal dinner
