Taking KQ for the first time in business class from BOM to NBO and then coming back NBO BKK next week. Any one have experience of their Business class product on these sectors, and quality of service?

KQ tend to use the older 767 on these routes. Seating is 2-1-2 fully flat seats. They are comfortable. Blanket and pillow are thin. Food is average. Decent selection of drinks. Service is usually good and friendly. The lounge in NBO is shite. Not sure about bkk or bom. I am doing the NBO bkk flight in December. Let us know how it goes.

Both flights were delayed, but only about an hour. Both the lounges in NBO (Skyteam Transit and Simba) were not great, although the Skyteam one is newer. Food was bad. Not much by way of information for delay to NBO BKK flight

You are right, plane is older, seats OK, but not flat i.e. horizontal seats. Maximum had about 170 degree incline. But not too bad, could sleep for several hours. Airhostesses were friendly, but soft product not great.
Good value for money as Biz class tickets are cheap compared to other airlines
