just to warn all that i have had awful trouble getting stays and bonus pts posted for the current promo.
i wanted to use this for the us grand slam ,and my family has been doing this as well.it should have been very easy but despite contacts nothing has been done and it looks like i will miss the deadline for the grand slam if the points ev er do actually appear.:mad:
this should have been a very good way for wyndham to make some money ,but
i can only advise everyone to avoid....:td:

I can only advise Grand Slammers to not be so obsessed with Grand Slam that they use hotel programs they have no experience with, then run into problems because of that, then complain.
I see something similar in hotel forum after hotel forum. The details are different, but they all boil down to the same thing: Some Grand Slammer though the hotel program worked one way (in regards to the very specific necessities of a Grand Slam hit), and now they get upset when they find out it worked differently.
Had you resesarched this forum, you would have found that other people had similar issues with last year's Grand Slam!
Meanwhile, many of us who care not a single bit about Grand Slam have no problems with Wyndham. (All my stays have been posting to Southwest just fine.)

It does seem to be property specific. I've had no problems so far with no shows at Reno.
Also when I have had issues with posting of actual stays (in the UK), I've found Wyndham's customer services to be very helpful and efficient.
