Virgin America Elevate - All points zeroed out?

I'm hoping this is just part of their IT meltdown, but all my VX points have been zeroed out today. Should I even bother calling in to find out what's going on?

Same thing happened to me. It was about the time i was locked out of my account. When I finally got in, my balance was zero. Logged in yesterday and my points were back.
