HGI is the newest and nicest in my opinion. Homewood is ok, and the Embassy Suites is ok although I find it pricey. Go with the HGI.

I've stayed at the DoubleTree and HGI this year. DoubleTree was okay - HGI was very good. HGI was not as convienent to restuarants - but the room service was actually pretty good.

I travel to syracuse at least once a month and always stay at the embassy suites. great breakfast included, great service, resturants are across the packing lot !!
I usually get the suite retreat rate of $139
the double tree is terrible !!
