me and a friend are traveling to south america and arriving in Sao Paulo on 15th Nov , and leaving from Sao Paulo on 22 Feb.(that's 15 weeks)
our rough itinerary is Sao Paulo to Paraty/ Iha Grande(by bus) for a day or 2 , then down to iguazu falls(flight) for a day or 2 , continuing to Buenes Aires(bus) for4/5 days, then down to el calafte(flight) and patagonia for 7 to 10 days as we plan on doing some climbing. then onto Poucon(bus) to climb the volcano (villa rica), then onto Santiago(bus) and the Atacama dessert.
from there to solar de uyuni(bus) to see the salt flats in bolivia and then onto la paz(bus) to cycle the worlds moct dangerous rd. from here we travel to Cusco(bus) to do the inca trail 4/5 days. from cusco we travel to lima(bus) where we hope to fly to bogota in colombia , then onto caracas in venesula before flying back down to rio for carnaval for a few days before going to sao paulo to return home. does this sound possible time wise or should we be getting more flights? and if so, are lan passes advisable? would really appreciate any info that we can get.
