Was just notified by Hilton Customer Service of the following... "Upon research of your e-mail, we have found that AutoMall and Hilton no longer participate together anymore. I am not sure if in the future they will be back on board."

This s*cks. I've had 500 am points (enough to get 1000 Hilton points, previously) for some time now, and I haven't been able to do the transfer, notwithstanding calling and emailing am and emailing Hilton. Talk about bait and switch. At least they finally took Hilton off am's site as being a partner. But I think we should submit complaints to the Better Business Buruea. It can be done on line. tls
