Hilton HHonors - Travel Planner - entering a confirmation number?

In my personnal travel planner, under "your upcoming reservations," an upcoming reservation is missing. Is there any way I can enter this manually?
Making reservations via the HH web site, they always appear. When I use my travel agent, they have appeared; ... until now. Any thoughts?
