Read the Ts and Cs. Lots of restrictions. Sounds very similar to timeshare presentation deals, though maybe it is just one that is so restrictive that many won't bother to use it, unless you are willing to take whatever dates they give you
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or older to 3 days and 2 nights hotel accommodations at your choice of one of the destinations above. Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance so plan early to receive and send your form. Weekends, holidays, travel within 60 days notice, and hotels within 150 miles of your address require extra fees which vary depending on the hotel you choose. You may not book with less than 15 days notice after redemption and processing.
Dates near holidays and during conventions are usually not available with this offer. Accommodations for extra nights may be available for an additional fee at time of booking. This offer is not valid for group travel. In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. Reservations are subject to availability. No pets allowed. Stay away when the extra fees start piling up.
"There is a one time processing fee of $15 to redeem the code. You are responsible for fee covering hotel tax of less than $12 per night."
This is where things start to add up.
"voucher is meant for Monday-Wednesday arrivals. Weekends/holidays require extra fees. "
No details provided on the extra fees, and the arrival days exclude any chance of taking a long weekend.
"We will definitely try to accommodate your choice but you must accept that travel dates based on availability"

If you do a search for many of the eligible cities, you can find a good deal for an extra $20 bucks and for the dates and hotel that you want. This is through a travel agency and waaay to much hassle.The $50 Restaurants.com card can be bought for $5-10 bucks with one of their many sales.
