From the Doubletree website, it looks like the $10 coupons are back, but I'm not sure if it is only for Doubletrees or all Hhonors hotels. For whatever reason though, the Doubletree site does mention that Hilton Garden Inns don't count. It also says $50 minimum purchase required, but that you'll receive it within 2 weeks of making reservation confirmation. So I don't know if that means 2 weeks after you actually stay, or 2 weeks after reserving...
"Get a $10 e-Coupon from select partners when you make your Doubletree hotel reservations online at doubletree.com. Minimum $50 purchase required. This offer is only available to US customers and shipments to US addresses and is not valid for Hilton Garden Inn hotel online reservations.
Once your Doubletree reservation is confirmed, you'll receive your $10 e-coupon via email within two weeks with instructions for redeeming."
