Hilton HHonors - How do you get a discount?

I called a couple of the regular Hiltons that I stay at priceline with.

Priceline I usually pay 35-45 per night

I enrolled in the CNTU promo, so I need to get 4 nights. When I called I asked for the best AAA rate. The rate I got was $99 per night.

Will the 50K CNTU bonus be worth the $250+ extra that I would be paying?

Any suggestions on how to get a better rate?

For me personally, is 50K points worth $250 bucks, without a doubt of course it is.

Depending on how much time you have to complete your stays, I would run the risk of trying a priceline to see if it posts. If not, then try the online missing stay request, you have a better than even chance of getting your stay credit and CNTU stay credit. However if you only have a short time left, I would go the conventional Hilton website route.
