France - Paris on New Year's Eve 2011

My wife and I will be in Paris on New Year's Eve 2011. We are staying in the Rue Cler area near the Eiffel Tower. We are looking for a nice French restaurant (moderately expensive, but no over the top) that might be somewhat close to the festivities.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
