SkyTeam - Business Class on SkyTeam--trip tomorrow, advice needed!

I booked a flight a few days ago DEN-ATL-CDG-HAM on DL-AF-AF. The AF long haul is the 767-200 version 1. I'm on the aisle of the middle row of 3 (??)
I recently flew on the new DL 777 with the lie flats and while the service was excellent, I found the head portion of the seat to be too narrow for me (stomach sleeper).
Regardless, that was my first try at international business class, and for this flight, I wanted to try another carrier just for "fun".
I'm now a little nervous as the reviews of the AF 777-200 seem VERY poor...sliding off seats, too narrow, the middle seat in the middle section etc. The other option I had was KLM, but those reviews are even worse!
I didn't book DL because the only options were on 767 (old config).
Did I screw up here? I have a fully refundable ticket and could change to something else. Being based in Denver I'm thinking very strongly about switching to *A next year, but need to get to over 100K miles on SkyTeam to match over to 1K on UA, which is why I didn't book the DEN-FRA direct for this trip.

You should get in touch with whoever has sold you the ticket, to be rebooked.

Ehm, also AF does not have any 767s. If it indeed is a 767, then it is a DL plane.

Delta retired the last of its 767-200s maybe five years ago, so the OP has some problems in the details.

You started two threads on Skymiles forum and one here, all on the same topic. Is there a reason for doing that?

Which of the flight segments got cancelled?
Did you have DL tickets codeshare with AF, or AF tickets codeshare with DL?
Assuming that you had AF tickets, and since your flight was cancelled just one day before departure, you should be entitled to 600€ compensation (depending on what re-routing options you were offered, i.e. if the arrival time of the new flight exceeds the orignial scheduled arrival time by 4h). I am not sure if this works for DL tickets, I think this can only be applied if the carrier is based in EU (and the flight is to or from EU).
Check out EU Regulation 261/2004 at Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regulation_261/2004#Notes), or here (http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2004:046:0001:0007:en:PDF).
Good luck!

I just hope that he got to read it.
This is the kind of stuff that airlines try to hide from passengers, even tough according to the EU regulation they have the obligation of inform the passengers of their rights.
Cheers
