Hilton HHonors - Your best Hilton reward vacation?

I can't help dreaming about how I will use all my 250,000 Hilton points. Since I have never redeemed any points,I need advice. It seems that GLON, ALON, and TEEN are the best deals. How do you find out if a property is premium? How far in advance must this be booked? I am very flexible as to dates. Besides Hawaii, what are some other Hilton rewards that flyertalkers have rated highly? Thanks to all.

I've heard nothing but good things about that African Safari award....for 250K. I'm seriously considering it myself.

The search is by state or country. You can do any of the 5 classes.

Go to Honors rewards &gt; hotel rewards &gt; search by category under standard awards.

If you want PS, select a month and then follow by state or country.

Fantastic...

I have a few fav's:
1)Cabo Hilton booked a room in March for 6 nights for 100,000 points. Room rates at the time were around 375 - 450 per night.

2) Cancun Hilton - the hotel treats diamonds and gold very well. Also 100,000 for six nights.

3)If I didn't leave here: Key West Hilton.
Key West - the sunset is worth the trip alone. However, 150,000 for six nights.

4) Conrad Hong Kong - the nicest Hilton I have ever stayed at.

Also on any individual HHonors hotel's Webpage, click on Hilton HHonors. It will say, 'This hotel participates as a/n ------- hotel.'
