Hi,

I have a question about the Totalrewards discounts that the Caesars Entertainment hotels use. Last year I booked 3 nights at Planet Hollywood hollywood hip room. I paid a 20$ per night upgrade to get a resort vista room. When I got back from Vegas I checked my totalrewards account and immediately I could see many comped room offers for the different Caesars Group hotels, even up until 6 months after I stayed there. (sept 2010)

In Sept 2011 I booked a 5 night stay in Paris. I booked the standard room via my totalrewards account, as the room rate was cheaper than standard rates. (I slipped a 20$ sandwich and got a fountain view room on high floor)

When I look at the room rates via my totalrewards account today, I see 0 comped room offers. For all caesars hotels even the cheapest like imperial palace I can't find any comped room.

So my question is if Caesars has changed their room policy for comped rooms? Or is it because I booked this 5 night stay via my totalrewards account? I wonder why I did get comped room offers for a 3 night stay, but didn't get anything after a 5 night stay... so anyone who knows how the system works please enlighten me ;-)

Thanks,
Mobi

Casino Room Rates are based on play.
Apparently CET doesn't feel like you gambled enough to warrant a free room.
Take it as it is.

Ah ok yeah... we played mostly at the Cosmo, and very little in Paris & PH.

One thing though, if you go with a wife or partner or whatever, you can put your partner card number with yours and will get a lot better offers. With my own card, I get discounted room rates and nothing else, but if use it with my gfs number, I get comped rooms up to Planet Hollywood.
