Virgin America Elevate - All my VA points are gone, anyway to get them back even though I had no activity?

All my VA points are gone from my account because I had no VA activity for a long time (its been atleast 2 years since I flew VA)
anyway to get them back? I remember having somewhere between 6-9k points.

You can always ask. If you have a missing flight or bought something through their red store website, they might throw you a bone.
