Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - Tight GRU connection on JJ

I just got put on a flight tomorrow arriving GRU from POA at 7:35a and then taking JJ8082 which leaves at 8:45a. I have never ever made a connection in GRU with less than 2h, and even that was cutting close. Granted, it was always JJ > UA. I always had to redo my check in at GRU even though my bags went all the way.

Is this different because it's JJ -> JJ? Has anyone here made that connection in time?

I haven't but I suspect you will be okay. This is especially true since it's JJ to JJ and it's in their best interest to make sure you hit your connector. Good luck.

So it all went down without hitch. They don't force you to come out of the secure area and going through the federal police checkpoint was a breeze. Much much better than the 3+ hour mess that is going out, checking back in with United and then going through gigantic lines for security and federal police.
