HI,
I am arriving on a 8pm Southwest (WN) flight to BOS. Just did a search, found out WN is in Terminal E. Seemed to be the international terminal and those European carriers do not sell day-pass (I don't have any status on any airlines) Is there any lounges in Terminal E which sell day pass? Just need to relax before catching a late night coach to home. Thanks!

Are you connecting in BOS, arriving and departing on WN? If that's the case, there are no lounges that you'll have access to. Even if the international carriers did sell day passes, they're located in a separate area of Terminal E that you won't be able to get to.

Side question...did they shut off the elevator/escalator access between the main terminal and the Southwest gates? I remember a while back while I was waiting out a WN flight delay, I wandered past the bathrooms/Boston Beer Works and went up a little escalator that plopped me right next to gates 2A/2B. I remember this because I walked over to the food court between gates 5 and 6 to grab a bite before my flight.

@Blumie:
Thank you! I am arriving on WN. I guess I'll play with my netbook, at least they got free wifi.

No, last I was there (in August) you could enter the rest of terminal E as JY1024 described. I am still confused though if you are connect to a later flight or why you will be stuck in the airport for a while. The southwest area doesn't have much as far as food/drink offerings but they do have come comfortable chairs.

I've got a flight on WN tomorrow out of E, but I'd like to check out the AF lounge -- is the terminal all still interconnected airside?

Thanks!

In December it still was.
