Prize is for a 6 night trip to a "Where In The World Is Matt Lauer?" destination that he visited in 2011 as part of NBC television's Today Show.
TODAY SHOW / "Where In The World is Matt Lauer?" Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories.
Prize (1): 6-night trip for Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to visit one (1) of up to five (5) destinations TODAY SHOW'S Matt Lauer travelled to as part of "Where In The World is Matt Lauer".
- Winner will have the option of choosing which one (1) of the five (5) Destinations to visit on the Trip, subject to Sponsors' sole discretion.
- Round-trip, commercial-coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from an airport near Winner's place of residence to an airport in or near chosen Destination;
- Hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) for up to six (6) night in or near Destination for Winner and Guest;
- Ground transportation for to and from Destination Airport and Hotel for Winner and Guest;
- Admission into local interest sights to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion and subject to availability;
- A five hundred dollar ($500) stipend for food and other expenses (method of payment to be determined by Sponsors).
- Estimated Retail Value (ERV: $26,000.00 + a tax mitigation payment)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Starting on or about 9:00 A.M. ET on November 9, 2011, Sponsors will make two (2) attempts within a thirty (30) minute period to notify potential Winner at the phone number submitted at the time of Entry. If Sponsor can not make contact with the potential Winner within two (2) phone attempts, potential Winner will be disqualified and another winner chosen.
2) Potential Winner must be available for an interview via Skype on November 11, 2011 or potential Winner may be disqualified, subject to Sponsors' sole discretion.
3) Trip must take place before November 11, 2012 or Prize will be forfeited.
4) The Trip awarded to the Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsors or the Prize will be forfeited.
5) The Destinations will not be released prior to their announcements on the Program, scheduled to take place during the week of November 7, 2011.
