Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - Tourist XL in A319

Hi FT,

I don't fly Iberia often. I have bought tickets for my wife and I in eco class. I called and payed 15 eur per tick for exit row.

On A320 I booked row 12, which shows up on seatguru and Iberia as a exit row.

On A319 based on Seatguru I wanted to book row 9 but Iberia said, no, row 10 was the exit row. This is on IB 3474 MAD-ZRH

So what is true?

A319: Row 10
A320: Has 2 rows of emergency exit, the first row has no recline. Pick row 12.

Thanks a lot globalste. I did check the FAQ. Just if you look at Seatguru there is conflicting info. Should have trusted FT.
