With United you receive a 100% mileage on a v-class fare ticket, but only 25% if it's W. However, flying with Continental W fare class will get you a 100% mileage.
Now booking a flight with UA (which somehow gives u a little cheaper fare with CO), I get the information that my outbound flight to HK is V on United and W on the return. The return flight is with Continental UA-codeshared, but I am wondering here, am I flying W-fare as if I was flying United (and get 25% mileage) or will it count as w fare on Continental (and I consequently get 100%).
So my question is. Is W fare class the same in UA as it is on CO and how much mileage can I expect to earn flying CO, ut UA-codeshare in w-class?
