Does anyone know the status of the construction at Terminal B in Logan? Is the upper deck of the roadway open? I am picking up people at 11:00 tonight and usually it is easier to pick people up at the Departure (Upper) level at that hour. Won't be easier if it's not open though.

Was just at Terminal B Departure Level this morning, was open. Lower level (arrivals) open too.
