Help! My Free Spirit miles expire end of Oct. I used the Spirit Credit card to make a purchase on Oct 10th but realized it wont credit to my account until my account closes which is earlier nov. Is there anything to do to stop my miles from expiring? I dont think they have a dining program like other US airlines. THANK YOU!

How can you find out when your miles expire? I can't find the info on my account. I havent flown spirit in years (ever since they eliminated business class) but kept the free spirit card for the free $9 membership but cancelled it a couple months ago when they switched providers. I only have 36,000 miles but wouldl ike to keep them.

As far as keeping the miles, if you join the $9 club will that keep them active? You could also try calling spirit and explaining the credit card and they may reinstate the miles. If you are travelling soon stay at a partner hotel or rent from hertz.

they say you have 3 months on inactivity- amazing it is 3 months when other US Airlines are 18 months or never expire (ie Delta). They have such few partners compared to other airlines.

Thanks for posting that!!! 3 months???????? Unless you are a regular flyer, you pretty much have to have a credit card. I can't imagine anyone that is a regular flyer at least once every 3 months is going to use RK as their preferred carrier. Maybe I should book a vegas or LA trip soon.

Is there a way to reinstate miles? I had 5K that expired. But now they're in AZA. So I might apply for the credit card

An Agent tried to sell me a card app w/ $25 voucher. I might get one depending on the perks. Best link??

All my miles have expired as well:( I didn't realize they expired after only 3 months of anactivity. Since they are no longer partners iwth Barclays I didn't get the new credit card:(

I haven't flown in NK in probably 5 years (when they eliminated business class was when I quit flying them) so guess it isn't that big of a deal.
