Hilton HHonors - missing stay credit: dont remember exact total bill amount

I used the Hilton website today to get a missing stay credited to my account. I remembered all the other information except the total bill amount.. (I did put in an approximate amount).

I need this stay to count as part of segment #4 for CNTU..
Any suggestions on what I can do?

Did you put it on a credit card? Look at your credit card statement. You can always call the hotel. They can probably punch in your name and tell you.

I did the same thing 8/8 for a june stay, (the receipt was already submitted for reimb, and I didn't have a copy) and the right number of points showed up yesterday. I had just called a few days ago and been told that it takes a few weeks.

Phone/email them with a higher estimate. They will do the research and credit you the correct amount.

my HGI-Addison stay on 8/01 showed up in my account on 8/04.. The Vegas Hilton stay from just before that hasnt showed up!
