Hilton HHonors - choose double promo for diamond members

I couldn't find anything on this in the Hilton forum, so pardon me if its already been discussed.

I think I saw this in the latest issue of Inside Flyer magazine. I was reading it on the plane this week and just wrote the website down. I got to the site and was told that I'm not eligible (We're sorry. You're not eligible for this promotion ) even though I'm diamond. Go figure

Yep. It's targeted. And guess what, Dr. Unlucky can't register successfully because he was not targeted. This reminds me of high school when I tried to get a date for the prom.

I was thinking more in terms of "rejection." Little did those young, nubile high school girls know that someday I would amass millions of hotel and airline miles. I know they must be kicking themselves now.
