Asiana Club - Free Upgrade From Business To First (ex USA)

Just saw this (http://us.flyasiana.com/Global/US/en/homepage?fid=ABOUT14000&cmd=NEWSVIEW&seq=1778) on the OZ website. When buying a full-fare C ticket they'll upgrade you to F. Not sure about the restrictions or how good of a deal it might be, being I don't buy these sorts of tickets myself, but thought the information might be of use to some others.

Is there a way to book this on OZ website? (Yes, I know their USA online booking system makes UA.com look the best thing going.)

I tried to book a refundable business fare, but the web site kept giving my the cheapest business fares - which are actually a Y fare code with an instant upgrade into C.

I then tried booking F, thinking it might then give me the upgradeable C fare, but the site gave me an F fare.
