Hilton HHonors - 2500 bonus point/internet reservation HOW ??

I don't find any information about this promo (2000 point by reservation made by internet). Where is it possible to register ?

Others good promotions ? I'm already in the 50 000 points/Gold (but it look now impossible to register my partner in this promo, they ask a copy of the airline letter ???)

I believe that the 2500 online booking bonus was only valid for stays booked and taken by August 1.
