View Full Version : Removing FF card from booking

I have a FF card assigned to a booking and want to remove it. On the site there only seems to be a way to add a card and not to delete or change a card. Am I missing something or would I need to call up?

Thanks

I rang Iberia and they told me they couldn't take the number off!

The full story is that the Ibera trip has my BAEC number on it, and due to the tier point change in November, it's much more beneficial to me if I earn no BA tier points on the Iberia flight. That way I get BA gold instead of Silver (really!). So I created an Ibera Plus account and rang up and asked them to either remove the BAEC number or swap it for the Iberia Plus one. They said because I booked it on the internet that they can't do it.

Any ideas?

Ok, to follow up in case anyone else searches for how to do this.

I sent an email to clasica AT iberia.es with my IB+ number in the subject and the PNR for the flight. I haven't yet received a reply, however on iberia's site, my IB+ FF number is now shown in place of my BAEC one, and on BA's site, the flight no longer shows up in MMB.

Very helpful and prompt service via email.
