Can't find anything about this scheme on FT but I'm sure a friendly user or mod will point the way...

The scheme offers 10 points per £ or € spent and then free rooms at 6,900/8,900/12,900 points.

The tiers are "floor 1" - entry level, "floor 2" - 10-40 nights - free mineral water, 10% off bar/restaurant spend, "floor 3" - 40+ nights - also free high speed internet access. No premium point earning.

I'm now on my 15th night here and there's still no sign of free water, which is pretty much all the scheme promises at present. Yes, I did mention it on the feedback form at checkout last time.

Why am I here? It's relatively cheap and very close to where I'm working. But shouldn't they deliver on a loyalty promise, even a miserly one?

I continued there to the end of a work contract and reached to "floor 3", the top level.
The bottles of water became more regular, following more reminders, and on one occasion I got a basket of fruit too, which I took as an apology.
I found that I couldn't use the high-speed internet - something wasn't working right either with them or with my netbook, so that benefit proved worthless too, unfortunately.
I had a requirement to go to a Jurys in another city, as there was an event there I needed to attend. I went to the event, but couldn't stay there, as it was sold out, though admittedly probably because of the event there. No priority for premium level members.
Reasonable prices, reasonable property, let down by the details.
But the 44,000 points I accrued will be enough for 3 nights in Prague or 6 in Swindon.
