Washington D.C. (including Baltimore) - One Night Away from Baltimore for Anniversary

Our anniversary plans have fallen through for this week unfortunately...

dc and philly are just more of the same. would consider a night in st michaels (the inn at perry cabin) or easton(tidewater inn) as something different.

Inn at perry cabin is sold out.

Thinking about either RC Georgetown or rc/FS philadelphia. Good spa a plus!

Hotel Hershey?

Just one night? I assume you don't want to drive too far. What about a romantic hotel or B&B (one of the historical inns?) in Annapolis?

Perhaps a little gambling and a nice dinner -- they have a hotel at the Hollywood Casino (http://www.hollywoodcasinocharlestown.com/Hotel) in Charlestown.

Great places that are probably also sold out include Nora Roberts' Inn BoonsBoro (http://www.innboonsboro.com/index.html) or the B&Bs in Washington, VA near the Inn at Little Washington (or the Inn itself)? Perhaps call and see if either have had any last minute cancellations?

Rocky Gap Lodge (http://www.rockygapresort.com/)has a spa. I like the western Maryland scenery -- cannot speak to the spa quality.

Annapolis? Lots of historic B&Bs, as well as modern hotels (we liked our stay at the Lowes). Easy drive from Baltimore. Several restaurants I'd consider as romantic. Cape May, NJ, perhaps?
