Has anyone ever had a stay at this property? Thinking of booking a stay there Oct 27 thru Nov 1 this year. I normally stay at Hilton properties but there are no Hilton properties in the Philippines so I thoght I would give BW a try.

HI

I wouldnt recommend this hotel . The room size is ok, but the bathroom very small. Breakfast tasteless and bad. The location is far away from mainstreet. And on the road to this hotel is easy to get into traffic Jam and you can stuck in traffic for long time. The hotel has a lot of mosquito special around the elevator area and the Room Hall area. And of course if u have problem later, like I did they cant resolve it . My issue is still ongoing, and I check out 04.August 2011.

I will recommend the IHG hotels, InterCon is the best but Crown Plaza isnt that bad neither. The 2 Hotels is located near malls so is easy to get around.

Have fun in Manila.....

I called Best Western to reserve a room and the CS agent told me they can no longer make reservations at this prpoerty, she said she did not know the exact reason but suggetsed it was no longer a Best Western, so I asked for rates for the one in Manila, and that one is currently closed for renovations until November 7, so I am out of luck with Best Western, I may however try the Heritage Hotel or the Crown Plaza. The Intercon in Manila to me needs some updating and is overpriced from my prospective.

Heritage is nice ... if u can get the lowest price that incl BF and WIFI and avoid the cheapest room cat, bcoz is very old. Or else the normal price is overprice .... The Crown Plaza is the best... Soft and Big Beds and the Bathroom is one of the best .... Just book 14d advance so u can get the lower price... but no BF and WIFI included, but the mall is attach to the hotel so short way to get BF and much cheaper then the package they have...

Thanks, I normally stay at either New World, the Marriott at Resorts World, or last time I stayed at Picasso. I have also stayed at Dusit and The Peninsula. I cannot earn points at New World, and Marriot is fairly expensive especially for long stays, Picasso was very nice, but their free breakfast was horrible. I am goning to try The Heritage, I got the Weekend Hoilday rate- BB for 3240 PHP per night ex tax. 15918.12 PHP total for the stay for a Deluxe 1 King Bed. This stay is only for 4 days this time, so I will see how it is. Next time in Dec I may try thr Microtel or the other Best Western.
