We have friends arriving late into JFK and leaving at the crack of dawn...they are wondering about restaurant options still open later in the evening and again early in the AM at T-5. Thanks for any help!

My recollection from taking one of the near-midnight flights to Puerto Rico is that the restaurants mostly shut down around 10:30pm or so. The "bodega" side of the food court - including the Dunkin - was open when I was there for a 7am departure.
Not a lot of options for food in the middle of the night.
