Technical Support and Feedback - Can member profiles be blocked?

I was made aware that the following link for a member profile (FDSservi is the user name) is not working:

Is there any reason the profile for such FTer account (which showed/shows up under currently active users of the Practical Travel Safety Issues forum) would be restricted from general viewability? Or is this some kind of glitch?

There does not appear to be an actual account associated with this handle.

Seems to a common user name by a Google search. May be a Vbulletin thing (FDS service ?)

i presume "deregistered" users would show same thing?
