Virgin Australia Velocity - Claiming points with Velocity - with partner airlines

Hi,

Early August, I submitted online to claim missing points as I had flown with Malaysia Airlines as a partner airlne with Velocity. I flew from Auckland to London via Malaysia and then back to NZ.

I was told it would take 4 to 12 weeks for the points to show up on my Velocity account. The time has passed and two weeks ago, I sent them another email to follow it up - no response. I just hope I will still get the points/miles :confused:

Any anyone experienced the same problem - flying with a partner airline on a Velocity account?

I got mine after waiting about 8 weeks (MH). Why don't you PM the Virgin rep?
