Virgin America Elevate - I'm a Virgin virgin.

We're flying Virgin LAX-SEA for Thanksgiving FC.

I almost always fly United so this will be quite a treat. FC tix were priced right and I'm hopeful the experience will be worth it.

Is there a lounge to hang out prior to the flight at LAX and SEA? I'm traveling with a minor, so the bars are out of the question.

No lounges - just got off a Virgin flight in F - compared immediately to Alaska by my niece who when seated in F on Alaska says to me "Alaska suks!" From a 5 year old! Where's the movie screen, can't I make my seat like a bed, how come they don't serve food in those little cup things! Hey how come your IPad doesn't work - don't we have internet? <Sigh> :D Virgin wins!

Virgin America doesn't have their own lounges. You can purchase passes to use the Virgin Atlantic ones in JFK, SFO or IAD if you're booked in First Class, Main Cabin Select or belong to Elevate and are scheduled to fly that day.
