Alitalia MilleMiglia - My Rant for today!
Generally I don't get annoyed about trivial stuff..but STILL chasing points from 1 flight back in July.
Have called them 3 times, emailed the boarding passes and faxed all the info again to their number they gave me over the phone!
Surely it shouldnt take this long to credit a flight from Nice to CDG. SHould I just let it go?
In other news, booked 2 award flights last week from FCO to NCE and found the process really simple.

If you have the ticket number, you can credit that yourself...

I flew several MAN-CDG (return) with AF on quite cheap fares (using my MilleMiglia number at the time of booking) and my statement would normally report the following:
26-Jun-2009 AF 1169 MAN CDG N 05721778944600 +0
28-Jun-2009 AF 2568 CDG MAN N 05721778944600 +0
i.e. no miles credited for the above fare.

Zilch meaning what?
You put in the ticket number and the legs show up with an X ?
Or data doesn't show up at all?

When I said Zilch, I should have meant that I put the number in and it didnt show as it was an AF codeshare, hence why I then rang them direct numerous times, faxed, etc....
Not even sure how many points I'd get...I'm guessing around 500 maybe?

It may be that you weren't eligible for miles and so in your statement it would say +0 miles for that flight.
If you were eligible it would be 250 or 500 miles for domestic flight.

Really really strange. I used it with codeshare and partner tickets and I never had issues, except with reissued or irrops tickets at times.
Can I give a suggestion? Post your request and the ticket number on the Facebook page. They are usually good at fixing these things.

Weird indeed. Perhaps -as I said above- it was a promo fare or one of the partners' booking classes where miles are not credited.
If that being the case than I should have O on my statement for that date (as I do with a Qantas flight they didn't give me points for)
Seems the statements should up different things if I'm signed in to the Italia site or the "Other Countries" part. Weird
