Hilton HHonors - what about us ?

after trying to register for the 50000 points
promo here in europe and being told that it was on invitation only i tried again calling
the service desk in the US where tons of people got in just by calling.
the answer:
"sorry sir , for US residents only !"

hence my question: is there any promo nearly as interesting for non US residents on ?

CNTU promo is for US residents, INTU promo is for non-US residents. Both promos yield the same benefits.

I phoned the US HHonors desk from Scotland, registered for INTU with no problems and got 50k points for 4 retroactive stays from 1st April 2002.
