With many of the national pizza delivery restaurants offering online ordering, is it possible to earn cash back or miles by using an affiliate site?
At Papa John's you get a free pizza for roughly every 5 ordered. So that's like cash back.

Papa John's has a program called Papa Rewards, where if you order online, you receive 1 point for every $5 that you spend. Once you earn 25 points, you can redeem them for a free large, three-topping pizza. Our local Papa John's offers a carryout card that they initial for each visit. After 10, you receive a large, one-topping pizza. I combine the two (and get credit when picking up my free large, three-topping pizza using Papa's Points), to earn even more free pizzas. :)
