Do any discount hotel booking services (similar to Priceline) allow you to specify which brand of hotel?

No way to specify a certain brand. You can, however, increase your chances to get a decent hotel at a great price when you visit http://www.biddingfortravel.com before bidding.

No way to specify a certain brand. You can, however, increase your chances to get a decent hotel at a great price when you visit http://www.biddingfortravel.com before bidding.

In short, there is no way you can specify with confidence. You can pick star levels and locations to significantly narrow it down, pick car rental times that you know only one agent is open for pick up, things like that, but there are no guarantees.
