Hilton HHonors - Additional sign-on requirement-Why??

Any idea how having to enter your last name at sign-on improves the security of the site?

I'll be glad to wait for another page load if it's truly doing any good, but if it's 'window dressing', I'll be peruseing their site maybe half as much as I used to.

I think this was implemented after many people realized that you could transpose some numbers in your account and enter in the password that HH gave you, and you would pull up someone else's info. I know this happened to me one time and I got somebody else's info.
