Hilton HHonors - 32,500 HHonors Points with AMEX

I signed up for an offer with AMEX back in September that offered 7,500 bonus points after first purchase and a 25,000 point bonus after spending $10,000 on the card within the first year. I've spent the $10,000, but I haven't received the bonus points. Has anyone received the bonus points from this email offer back in September???

I didn't get the offer, already had the card. Do you still have the email? It could be that they won't award the points until 12 months have elapsed, or some other customer unfriendly time frame. It does sound like a pretty good offer, though - wish I had gotten it.

Are you sure about 25,000 ? The offer I had
was 7,500 after first purchace plus 2,500 after spending $10,000 the first year.

Look for it after the 12 months are up!

I'm sure that it was 25,000 bonus points after $10K. It was advertised as a total of 32,500 bonus points. The wording in the email alludes that the points will be awarded after spending $10K and not at 1 year, but I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case. I think I will give HHonors CS a call to find out for sure.

I took advantage of a similar offer with a Delta Amex, and the bonus points were credited on the statement in which I reached the spending threshhold. If I were you, I would give HHonors a quick call and ask them if its fallen through the cracks.
