Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - Mileage run in one day on Frontier--bad idea

I decided to take advantage of Frontier's Colorado Day sale to fly 2 separate DEN-ALB roundtrips on the same day so as to requalify for Summit next year. I've been credited with only 2 of the 4 flights I took. I've spoken with Frontier 3 times and emailed them numerous times. Promises have been made to fix the error but nothing has been accomplished. I've been told that Frontier's computer system can't handle my situation without manual intervention but even Frontier's humans can't correct my problem. Is every airline's computer system this inept? Maybe Griz or Flip can help?

I had a pretty similar issue last year -- had two separate trips on the same day (got back from a vacation in the evening but then had to leave on a business trip the same night.) Only got credit as if I flew a sigle segment that day, even though there were two separate reservations codes.

I sent a written letter (not an e-mail) showing step-by-step what my segments were before, what I flew (including flight numbers and res confirmation codes), how many segments I earned, and how many segements I should have earned. I received a letter back in a few weeks and got my correct number of segment credits.

I've since sent my first ever "tweet" to FrontierCare explaining my situation once again, or as best one can when you're limited to a 140-character field. The response promises action ASAP. I'll start composing a letter. Thanks

No. I have done similar MR's on AA and US(HP) over the years and never ran into that problem. Sounds like a strictly F9 problem.
