Hilton HHonors - Has Hilton Ended Free $10 Certs?

I just made a reservation online at an Embassy Suites and realized aftewards that there wasn't the selection of boxes to check to select a free $10 gift certificate to a retailer. Has Hilton ended this program or did I just miss it?

TravelLover -- Not all HHonors brands participate in this offer. I know that full service Hiltons (but not Garden Inns) and Doubletrees still do participate.
