Hilton HHonors - Dumb Award Stay Question

Sorry to ask such a lame question, but I've never looked at redeeming HH points for a single night stay. Am I correct that single night award stays are only available on weekends?

Not a dumb question at all. Call HHonors and ask for one of the HH awards. They have different levels of them like HH1, HH2 etc. depending on the property. They will tell you which one you need. This is not published so unless someone tells you about them you won't find them. I stumbled on them a couple years ago.

I believe the SINGLE NIGHT (and 2 & 3 night!?) AWARDS are only for weekends.

Baze is correct, I just confirmed this with HHonors. Same redemption rates as the weekend rates, although there does not seem to be much availability.

Single weeknight awards do exist for all categories:

HH0 - 10,000 points (Opportunity);
HH1 - 20,000 points (Executive);
HH2 - 25,000 points (Select);
HH3 - 30,000 points (Classic);
HH4 - 35,000 points (Premium).

For a reason unknown to me these awards are not published, but are available when you specifically request them by the appropriate code.

And if you need Two free weeknights, you have to pay DOUBLE these HH awards.
Two weeknights awards:

HH0 *2- 20,000 points (Opportunity);
HH1 *2- 40,000 points (Executive);
HH2 *2- 50,000 points (Select);
HH3 *2- 60,000 points (Classic);
HH4 *2- 70,000 points (Premium).

No Point Stretcher awards for single week night stays. I tried to get one for the Hilton Heathrow for a Wed. night. Even though I could have gotten a point stretcher for the weekend the Diamond Desk said week nights are at full points only. Still is was a free night and the price was way more we wanted to pay in $.

Nope. MoreMilesPlease is correct, unfortunately, Point Stretchers are not applicable to single weeknight stays.

According to HHonors Terms and Conditions (http://www.hilton.com/en/hhonors/terms.jhtml),

"For the purposes of Reward redemption, a weekend night is defined as either Friday, Saturday or Sunday night, unless specified otherwise on the Reward Confirmation."
