Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - iberia.com web glitches, problems and workarounds

I'm trying to change my inbound flight MXP-JFK on 9/22, can do it online but am just flabbergasted .... the Iberia.com website has been down for more than 14 hrs now.
A tweet was not much help either.
So much for a OW partner :rolleyes:
